"Bolis," or strombolis, are this amazing Northeastern food that sorta resembles a calzone. Except: the stuffings are more varied, they are HAND HELD (!) and they go deliciously with a pint. Exterior: soft pizza dough, interior: anything you want, from tomato, pepperoni, sausage, vegetables, etc etc.
